We knew things were bad, but we didn’t expect to see a Hooverville on Newbury Street.

Actually, these scenesters were camping out for Johnny Cupcakes’ fourth annual Halloween t-shirt release, dubbed There’s Something In The Cupcake Mix.

The group at the head of the line rolled in Tuesday afternoon — three days before the 9:00 p.m. release on Friday.
